Developer Notes
A couple of bug fixes that were reported. There was a third bug reported; I haven't been able to reproduce the issue on my end. Decided to go ahead with this small update. If I can reproduce the issue and fix it, I'll push out another update at that point. Castle Harkness was reported to have a couple of locations allowing you to peer into the void. Only found one and plugged it up.
- Fixed - Expert Numbing Cold not allowing to learn even though requirements met
- Fixed - Castle Harkness: location that allows you to see in the void.
