I’m Chreseeba, the solo developer behind Unpossess: Exorcism Simulator.
First and foremost, I want to thank every one of you for playing, streaming, and supporting the game. Watching your gameplay, especially seeing streamers wear priestly attire for the experience, has been an absolute joy and a huge personal milestone for me.
The game is currently sitting at Mixed reviews, and I’d like to address this with an open heart. I understand that not everyone may enjoy the game, and that’s okay. However, I kindly ask for constructive feedback in your reviews. As a solo developer, I’ve poured my heart and soul into Unpossess. Constructive criticism helps me improve the game, while positive reviews and sharing what you love about it can help others discover it too!
Here are a few things I’d like to clarify:
The game’s code is fully custom-made—no templates were used. As a passionate horror fan, I’ve built this game from the ground up.
While I don’t yet have the budget for tailor-made models and assets, I aim to incorporate them in the future.
Most of the bugs reported by the community have already been addressed, and I’m committed to making Unpossess the best it can be with your help and ideas.
I’ve just released a new patch: Early Access Version 1.4.4, which includes:
- Enhanced multiplayer animations
- Fixed the holy item placement bug
- Resolved a crash issue between the lobby and cases
Additionally, new content is on the horizon! A brand-new case is currently in development, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

If you’d like to contribute to the game’s evolution, report bugs, or suggest features, please join our Discord community. Your feedback is invaluable, and together, we can make Unpossess even better.
Thank you again for your support, and I look forward to seeing more of your exorcism adventures!
Warm regards,
Chreseeba
