We are excited to announce a brand new update to Zeitghast!

This is our first major update to the game, and with it comes the long-awaited controller support! Now, you can enjoy the game with a controller or keyboard and mouse!
In addition, we’ve added some brand new gameplay elements, adjusted game balance, as well as new, free cosmetics for you to try.

Systems:

• Controller support has been officially added to Zeitghast! The tutorial stage has been updated with this new control scheme, and you can also review the controls at any time in the main menu.
  
• Small bug fixes.
  

New Weapons:

• Egg Launcher: An uncommon weapon that fires exploding eggs in a grenade-like arc.
  
• Assassin Daggers: A rare but risky weapon that performs melee slashes and fires projectiles at the same time.
  
• You can find both weapons scattered throughout existing stages, as well as the weapon testing shop in the main hub!
  

New Hats:

• Five new hats are available for free in the hat emporium. They can be equipped at any time.
  

Balance Changes:

• The Laser T-rex's HP has been lowered in all phases.
  
• The Laser T-rex's laser projectile and giant laser's damage has been reduced.
  
• Additional time tokens have been added to T-rex Thunderdome.
  
• Heli-beetle's flight speed reduced.
  
• Mecha Pterodactyl's flight speed reduced.
  
• Reduced HP of melee and ranged drones.
  
• Reduced max HP of saber beetle.
  
• Reduced max HP of Wasp and Wasp queen.
  
• Reduced max HP of Lasersaurus and Laserceratops.
  
• Increased minigun reload speed/ammo capacity slightly.
  
• Reduced Riftsabre’s charged attack damage.
