Implemented a system to change elemental rings, which until now could not be changed after character creation for the most part.
It is possible to perform a prayer ritual to change the elemental ring at the church in Rita, the land of snow and springs, although an offering is required.

Minor adjustments have been made, and illustrations have been adjusted and added to make it easier to understand the corresponding elements in the Tactical Instructions.
