Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Not only do we have part 2 available today, but also a small update:

These are the changes:

1. Steamworks-SDK update
2. Unity update
3. Fixed a bug that caused a missing background in the outro
4. Fixed a bug that deactivated the foot pedal in cave 3.
