We've pushed a new patch to the public branch. Please make sure your game has uploaded and that you see v1.0.4 WIN (3240.25,0102a) on the title screen.

v1.0.4 patch notes:

• Fixes bug where you could mash the shoulder buttons to brute-force your way past a locked view
  
• Team Spirit and Happy Reunion trophies now unlock properly
  
• Fixes bug where a critical patient in a locked view no longer shows its pip in the view dock
  
• Fixes title screen not respecting volume settings until you open the pause menu or go to Options
  
• Corrects a few English typos throughout the script
