Update featuring bugfixes.

• The crash occuring when Rank Explanation is chosen after Finale is fixed.
  
• The rare crash occuring when player makes a specific leap down a cracked fragile tile on 9-8 is fixed.
  
• Superjumping on top of changing X tiles and naval mines instantly KO's the player like when superjumping on top of pink X tiles instead of activating the landing iframes.
