Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Hotfix Notes

Increased champion health and damage.
Decreased turret price and increased turret damage.
Made the tutorial level easier for a smoother player experience.
Balanced units to better align with their strengths.
