Changes/Improvements

• Fixed an issue where base level score was always showing as 0 on the win screen.
  
• As intended, all Grand Entry levels must now be cleared before the Waterworks is unlocked.
  
• Fixed an issue that made it impossible to get the "Optimized Incompetence" achievement.
