the December patch is here! After the big 0.8 Version launch, we've been closely listening to your feedback, fixing bugs, and adding improvements based on your feedback on Discord!

Here are the fixes, additions & improvements for this month's patch:

  • 💾Added a new check to detect unsaved map changes when editing characters during map building:
    Players will now get a warning to save their map changes when editing characters without fear of losing their map-building progress. This new safeguard ensures your hard work on maps remains intact, even if you need to tweak your miniatures mid-session.

  • 🖌️Fixed an issue causing the map brush to get stuck when switching to the character editor:
    Editing characters during map building will now behave as intended, disabling the brush inside the character editor.

  • 🔊 Adjusted sound mixing for the tutorial
    Adjusted the loudness of various sound files during the tutorial mission.

  • 🧟 Reintroduced the Zombie Soldier and Undead Fighter miniatures to the map builder
    Back by popular demand (or better said: fixed thanks to your reports)! The undead are once again available for all your necromantic (or apocalyptic) encounter designs.

  • 🔧 Fixed a Bug where the character editor UI was sometimes not visible in VR
