Fixes and Improvements

• AI names should now display properly for Solo modes in Match History.
  
• Clearer prompt text when resigning from a match started in a previous Daily Trek.
  
• Cursor is now placed automatically in the text field when joining a password protected game.
  
• Improved gamepad functionality when returning to multiplayer games, sending feedback, and creating Pass and Play lobbies.
  
• Pass and Play matches should now display under Match History (but does notaffect Player Stats).
