Bugfix and Target FPS Limit update + 1 new module
Edit: the update is already live for everyone.

- Added "Target FPS Limit" to the Screen Settings, as some players with a beefy PC provided feedback that the game can run on a milion FPS and this makes the GPU go crazy :P if this is the case for you: now you can set a "Target FPS Limit".
- New Modificator Module: "Generator Magic" that gains us resources each 2nd time we generate a card. This is just a first part of new upcoming content to make a "Generate build" more viable (there will be more added: for example a Dev Card that scales with card generation).
- BUGFIX: playing Knowledge Cards on taken over employees had some edge cases with the indicator glowing red (but the card was playable), this is now fixed.
- BUGFIX: playing Knowledge Cards on spawned Overemployed Developer copies had some edge cases with the indicator glowing red (but the card was playable), this is now fixed.
- BUGFIX: fixed concede battle edge case that cause the "End Turn" button to be active outside of a Project Battle.
- BUGFIX: fixed targeting text for cards that Absorb Burnout
- BUGFIX: fixed edge case of "Mystery Box" starter module and "Power Generator" combination (generate mechanic was not triggering twice like on the module text), this is now fixed.
- BUGFIX: fixed upgraded Card UI masking issue during card upgrade in scroll view
- BUGFIX: some typo fixes
- What is also investigated: an edge case has been reported that a starter deck did not unlock after winning a run. Currently I was not able to reproduce this scenario (it looks like a rare edge case), but this is under investigation. If this happens to you: please let me know any details of your run that could help with finding it!
