Fixes and expansions for patch 1.0

* Fixed injured guard arriving at rotating rail conduit too early in the beginning of the campaign
* A brand new section has been added to the Horde Mode map and players can now purchase their way into the Med Bay. A platform can also be taken between sections to escape the mutants.
* Lighting has been improved in the main office in the campaign
* Mutants now spawn from more locations in the main office
* Fixed laser and bullet collision on moving platform
* Fixed mutant that knocks guard off of railing during Lock Down sequence not showing up
* Fixed mutants being able to move through moving platform railing
* Fixed tank mutants in the laboratory sliding while attacking
* Fixed tank mutants attacking from a distance while crawling
* Fixed tank mutants getting stuck inside of tanks when approaching the reactor room
* Game now returns to the main menu after completing the campaign
* Pressing A will now open an exit game menu
* Fixed aggressive LOD on character mesh and walkway railings in the prison block section
