Meta progression update

Added meta progression (casual progression with stat upgrades).
You get diamonds while playing that can be spent to upgrade a wide range of different stats that are of use to all characters. Updates are one way and can't be refunded.
Meta progression can be accessed from the main menu and affects all future runs.
