Hello Citizens!

With the month coming to an end, we just finished working on another major update for City 20! Our next Roadmap Milestone, the NPC update, is now available here on Steam!

As the name suggests, the NPC update contributes to making the inhabitants of City 20 more realistic, with a new set of behaviors and improved survival routines. We also worked on further expanding the game, adding a handful of new content, new items and blueprints - as well as the usual bug-squashing.

For a full list of what the update introduces, take a look below:

NPC-Specific Changes

• Added new behaviors for NPCs in the game. Among other things, hungry NPCs might now ask the player for help, while others might decide to attack and rob you;
  
• Improved survival routines for NPC, which should help them tackle the challenges of post-nuclear life;
  
• Added a new NPC List - accessible through the player menu - which will contain general info about known NPCs;
  

General Gameplay Changes

• Introduced new items and blueprints for players to discover;
  
• Deer, foxes, and wolves will now interact with placed traps;
  
• Improved visuals for some of the in-game items and assets;
  
  

Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Improved graphics performances across the game;
  
• Solved several bugs reported by the community over the past few weeks;
  
• Improved visuals and animations for some of the in-game characters;
  
• General performance improvements;
  

Known Issues

• Interior lighting bug: when loading saves created before this update, interior lighting might not trigger properly in certain areas;
