This is a content update. Starting a new run is recommended, as previous runs may not apply the changes correctly.

NEW CONTENT:

  • New class: Ranger. Finesse-focused and with survival abilities.

GAMEPLAY:

  • You can now re-enter a location without needing to travel a few steps away if you just left.
  • Dungeons are now generated with monsters at the player's CR level. This should allow for a more manageable early game while keeping the chance of higher-level dungeons as you gain levels.
  • Goblin: STR 10 (from 11), DEX 12 (from 13), BaB 0 (from 1).
  • Goblin Archer: STR 10 (from 11), DEX 12 (from 13), BaB 0 (from 1).
  • Goblin Chieftain: Damage Die 1d4 (from 1d6).
  • Goblin Patrol: STR 10 (from 11), DEX 12 (from 13), BaB 6 (from 11).
  • Wolf Pack: BaB 6 (from 11), Damage Die 1d6 (from 3d6).
  • Wild Boar: STR 12 (from 15), Damage Die 1d6 (from 1d8).

BUGFIXES:

  • Fixed an issue where increasing CON at first level (for example with a ring of CON) would not increase max HP.
  • Fixed a bug where +3 bonus rings (Ring of the Champion, Ring of the Assassin, Ring of the Troll, Ring of the Archmage, Ring of the Sage, and Ring of the Bard) would not spawn correctly and caused the inventory to break.
  • Reduced the selling price of items to avoid an infinite money exploit with high Charisma. The sell value will now be at best the buy value minus one gold.
