- Giant Slayer: Max health damage: 5% --> 3.75%
- Lightning Hammer: Max health damage: 3% --> 2.5%

The rework to the king made him too strong against bosses and late game waves. Scaling it back.

Wave 18: Wale Chiefs
- Damage: 184 --> 208
- Poison-Tipped Pole: 80 --> 90
