Hello everyone!
We are now happy to be releasing our fifth update. The weekly streak was broken but it brings some major behind the scenes rewrites that should help with changes and new implementations in the future.What to look forward to in the coming weeks:
More environment changes will be happening. Probably the interactive 3D menu for the lobby. Maybe even some Quality of Life improvements to menus and gameplay systems.
We are eagerly listening to any and all feedback and will adjust work process accordingly. Even in-depth unnecessarily deep nitpicks might be fun to receive.
This weeks patch notes
New
- Player is now using a more advanced animation system.
- Added new animations for movement.
- Added new animation blending for tools.
- Added a timed physics on items to make them drop to floor and 3 seconds later, become inert.
Updates
- Replaced dead player character placeholder.
- Updating Main Menu to look a bit more clean and modern.
- Updated collision settings for player to prevent player blocking.
- Minor updates to Hub and School environments.
Fixes
- Fixed and issue with tool visibility on Client and Host.
- Fixed an issue with getting audio input devices.
