Patch notes for v1.01.70

Harvest and Halloween events have arrived in ILB!

Halloween Event:
- The Halloween event will run for several weeks. Collect pumpkins from monsters that are in your level range and trade the pumpkins in for all sorts of items (pets, hats and many other things) at the Hag of Halloween.
- To travel to the Hag of Halloween, complete the quest from the Jack-O-Lantern next to the Wizard of Space and Time.
- The Halloween event will run for several weeks to allow everyone to get the items.
- The Hag of Halloween has brews for the Dread o'Lantern fight

The Harvest Event:
- The Harvest event is live! Talk to the Turkey to start the quest.
- The harvest demon Hafermann dimensional maps are available from the Hag of Halloween

Features:
- Your survival talents have been reset and there are several new talents, including a new Mythic Stones page. More to come!
- Krampus is now a demon
- Hafermann is now undead
- The emblem vendor has changed inventory

Bugs:
- I had accidentally capped monsters at level 100, but it is fixed.
- If you had the Lode Miner talent, it was not revealing new enchanting book recipes, but it is fixed.
