Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Bugfixes:
- Steam invite is now working
- Fixed a bug where the client player could ride a broken elevator
- Client players can now properly interact with chains
- The Lobby TV now shows the progress obtained in the Tutorial
- More collision fixes in the Tutorial

Changes:
- Environment adjustments in the Tutorial
- Vines now grow if left uncleaned
- Fixing light switches is now faster
