Patch Notes:
- Doors, generators, and keypads disappearing Fix Net priority (Was unable to replicate in engine but realized the issue is likely to do with bandwidth limitations so I have now given all mandatory load actors a net priority they must abide to. Will consider this one fixed, unless is reported as not)
- Playable enemy not spawning fix (stupid mistake on my part from adding never spawn world setting)
- Rebuilt landscape height mapping and texture streams (Fixing issues for players getting bad installs of the game causing untextured snow) (if this issue still occurs verify your game files)
- Helicopter passenger seats clipping through ceiling fix
- enemies attacking players through walls/different heights/long distances (now performs a back up method to double check distance, otherwise fails the attack)

Note, I am still working on the revive system in the background + lobby replays which should be live in a few days

I'm not getting out here alive, but neither are the bugs...
