New Features:
- Implemented a temporary solution to address players falling out of the world, now automatically teleporting them back to the train to prevent progress loss.

Changes:
- Fixed stuckspot at the train shop
- Hotel travel fee reduced from $200 to $150.
- Shamblers now spawn at 10 AM at the Hotel.
- Shamblers now spawn at 11 AM at the Metro.
- Slightly adjusted the minimum distance at which the Butcher room can generate.
- Removed a bar you could hit your head on at the metro pitfall.
- Added a zap sound effect when a player is electrocuted by jumping onto the train tracks.
- Reworked the holiday decoration system to eliminate reliance on the time server, ensuring a more stable and reliable experience for all players.

Bug Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where the speedrun timer would not reset after a run was reset.
- Fixed an issue where the EMP glitch effect would not trigger correctly.
- Enemies should no longer get stuck on each other.
- Fixed the Surplus modifier to behave as intended, no longer guaranteeing the spawn of every possible loot item.
- Fixed bug where you could revisit the Pentagon twice if you saved and reloaded after leaving the Pentagon.
- Fixed an issue where grabbing equipment at the same time as another player could cause item duplication.
- Made additional changes to address the Black Screen of Death.
