The Logbook

• The logbook has been added to the main menu, letting you view what items, characters, and locations you have discovered, and which you have yet to find.
  
• The logbook contains brand new lore about locations and characters, and lets you view backgrounds you've been to in detail.
  
• The logbook also offers some hints on where to find items if you've been to locations you can discover them in.
  
• The logbook will fill out as you play new runs. (Old saves will automatically register items they have on them.)
  

Minor Fix

• Fixed a bug that cause the Scrape Wound to not be marked internally as a wound.
