French Localization and Mac/Windows Feature Parity

This update brings the Mac and Windows versions of "The Button Game" to feature parity with each other, and include a new French Localization in the language select menu. More will be added soon.

WARNING

Localizations/Translations are currently provided through Google Translate with intervention, and tweaks, and may not be 100% accurate. With increased budget in the future, a human translator/localization service will be utilized.
