Bug Fixes:
Exp bonus now applies in parties
Projectiles should no longer float around the player if the projectile has a debuff it cannot apply
DoTs should no longer count as player damage towards themselves
Features and Improvements:
Boss portals now have a "Gatekeeper" function. Once the boss is dead, you can leave
Added a lock button for mobile skillbar
Can no longer log out while you have the murderer/offender debuff
You can no longer attack members of the same guild
You can now attack players with offender/murderer/bloodlust tag without activating pvp
Lottery now has a 2 hour cooldown
New Content:
New enchantment: Cooldown Reduction! Enchanting combination is Mana + Shiny
New PvP system! Frags will now persist for 12 hours. If you get 5 frags, you get the "Bloodlust" debuff, which persists until 0 frags
"Bloodlust" debuff: 5x exp loss on death, 5% current level skills loss on death, -2 speed. Each player kill while bloodlust will decrease all stats gained from equipment by 10% (Base values and enchantments)
Contested Zones: PvP kills in these areas are ALWAYS justified
Balancing:
Party share level difference requirement has been removed
Party share exp will no longer give a bonus based on how many players in the party
PvP damage increased from 20% to 25%
Murderer buff time reduced from 10 minutes to 5 minutes
Removed Melee scaling from Knight's "Shield Bash"
Increased Distance scaling on Sharpshooter's "Rapid Fire"
Increased Armor Penetration on Sharpshooter's "Rapid Fire"
Dodge bonus cap reduced to 25%
