Got another small patch with a couple of bug fixes!

Fixes- Fixed some objects not allowing rotation changes via the Properties menu, such as groups and flags.
- Fixed issues with green styles sometimes not being loaded correctly in the Course Creator when going into play mode or screenshot mode.
