Fixes:

1. Daily rewards are working again.
2. Scudominion skins and icons are now correctly shown.
3. Repeater icon now correctly shown.
4. Boats in Chase mission #1 have textures again
5. Scout 14 ammo should be showing in magazine now
6. Two aiming dots are displayed when cooking throwable equipment with a holstered weapon
7. Cagnali’s order should not mention 99 Problems when failed.
