Fixed a bug with text tips during loading screens
Fixed a display bug in the credits
Fixed a bug with the Condemned that could cause a crash (thanks to Foarte Mișto)

Balancing
Reduced the damage and health points of all enemies by approximately 10% (for all difficulty levels). This should make the game and its 'endgame' more accessible.
