Summer is almost over, and it's time to let you discover the next game mode.
For the most motivated of you, it's form your own squad and join the Public Beta branch to test out the new PVE game mode called Bifrost!

The mode

As previously mentioned, the game mode is designed to play cooperatively against the environment (PVE). You will be up to 4 clans, facing attacks from foreign forces outside your realms.
To stand up to them, you will need to unite and become stronger than ever!

The specificities

When you’ll start the game, you will face the world stripped from your skills

• No clan unique knowledges will be available at start
  
• You’ll have only a few buildings selected beforehand.

To face the invasion, you’ll have your teammates to help you

• Share some of your start-withs.
  
• Share a part of the resources you produce.
  
• Build your buildings in the territories of your allies.
  
• Prepare your defence, raise towers and barricades.
  
• stand together against the attacks becoming stronger.

Rise and find your way through the realms

• Each year you survive, you’ll unlock new buildings, knowledge,etc...
  
• Find and complete additional objectives to gain collective bonuses
  
• Find the Bifröst on the map and use it to go to the next realms!

Face stronger threats and overpower them

• Each realm is more difficult to survive than the last. Get all the bonuses you can before you escape.
  
• Go as far as you can through the realms
  
• If you die on the way… try again with different strategies, synergies, and combinations of clans.

What we expect from you

During this beta, we ask you to give us any feedback you have on the mode, anything will help us, especially when it comes to balancing teams of different sizes (only 2 players, solo,etc...).
We ask you to give us constructive feedback on the mods, as this is the best way for us to adapt the mode and make it the best they can be when they are released!
For the feedback, be sure to use the form made for it
For the bugs, be sure to use the in-game bug report system!

How to get access

If you want to get involved and give us your feedback, the mode will be added to the public beta branch, so you can try it out and give us your feedback!

Official release date

Given the amount of work required to add this new gameplay mode, we need more time to allow you to test it out and for us to make use of your feedback.

For this reason, the release of the live version of the game has been delayed beyond this summer. We hope you understand, and if you would like to try out the mode in the meantime, feedback is always welcome on the early version available in Public Beta!
