Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Fix game freeze when using Thundergod Legs implant
- Fix input bindings could lost forever
- Add more nodes (red one) to upgrade tree
- Add ingame achievements that give additional currencies when accomplish
- Fix holes in level where enemies and player could stuck
- Add leaderboards
- Change screen percentage slider percentage number to better reflect where is 100%
- Multiple fixes in steam achievements drop conditions
