We sincerely apologize for the unsatisfactory experience due to recurring game errors and server instability, even after the start of the August beta test and several maintenance sessions.

We are currently prioritizing the identification and resolution of the bugs and server issues reported through the community. An emergency maintenance is scheduled to address these issues.

⚙️ Schedule

Maintenance Time: 8/19 09:30 AM ~ 11:00 AM (PDT)
Maintenance time is subject to change based on mitigating circumstances.
Starting New games and logins will be restricted 30 minutes before the maintenance begins.

⚙️ Fixed Issues

1. Fix for the issue where characters fall outside the map when entering the game lobby.
   
2. Fix for the issue where only some members of a 3-person party enter the dungeon, while others return to the title screen.
   
3. Fix for the issue where characters become invisible and cannot move when entering a dungeon from the game lobby.
   

⚙️ Ongoing Issues

1. Client error causing Unreal Report pop-ups and forced game closures.
   
2. Repeated number counts during matching, preventing dungeon entry.
   

Although this cannot make up for the inconvenience caused by the repeated errors and maintenance, we will provide a small gift after the maintenance as a token of our apology.
