Just a round of bug fixes!

- Fix a bug causing certain blocks to inconsistently show up, but have no collision (Thanks to those who submitted workshop levels with this issue that gave me a consistent repro)
- Adjusted Buttons and More Buttons level slightly, to make one section with the rising death block slightly more clear in how to approach it
- Fixed some funky camera issues with looking up and down, and doing so when going straight into a level versus using the level editor
- Fixed an issue where you could get stuck crouching
