Bug fixes and Tweaks

• Tweaked the End of Day Screen to signal (Press Any Button to continue)

• Satisfying a customer's order before they give it, no longer creates an awkward staring contest. The customer's order won't be satisfied until the order is submitted now.
  
• Cafe name input box will now autofocus on creation of the create dialog.
  
• Reorganize backend side of recipe handling.
  
• Recipe book will now turn the page with a and d agnostic of caps or not.
  
• Fixed Oat milk being able to appear twice in the shop.
