We noticed some damage targeting issues after the Ruhnu update due to the new shrine godpower denial zone. At the same time we looked at the cursor targeting for bigger skill casts.

Fixes:

• The shrine zone that blocks godpowers does not block damage anymore.
  
• AoE spells that target the ground no longer have their targeter get blocked by units/buildings.
  
• AoE spells that target the ground no longer snap to units and buildings when they shouldn’t.
  
• Ausrine is included in Ragana’s Trinket glyph.
  

Balance:

• Ausrine Attraction upgraded damage has been lowered to 50.
