New Features

Reworked Setting Mechanic

Due to the difficulty of the previous setting system and how precise the timing was needed for a good set, setting now works by detecting the ball reaching into your hands after you release and automatically setting when it reaches in range. Moving while setting will also result in a less accurate set to compensate for the lower skill ceiling.

Added New Stats

  • Receiving now has a stat for how accurate the receive is to target, even if you are off the center-line

  • Spin proficiency added to the game, which affects how much spin you can apply onto the ball.

Added New UI For Spike Timing

A new HUD is added on the top left that tells you how good your timing was on the spike release, as well as where you contacted the ball. These factors accurately affects how much power is generated.

Bug Fixes and QOL Changes

  • Receiving animations smoothened

  • Receiving hitbox adjusted for better gameplay

  • Spike hitbox adjusted for better reflection on where your shoulder is

  • Transition time between receiving states reduced for smoother gameplay

  • Animation no longer bugs when crouching mid set/spike

  • Visibility of setting improved, animations adjusted
