Fixed a couple of small bugs and a buff to Motion Sensor and Location Radar

• Fixed a bug where custom maps did not get to go into endless mode (an error happened when getting 1 of the new achievements, which resulted in more weird bugs like not being able to go into endless mode)
  
• Buffed the Motion sensor and the Location radar. Also made their description more clear
  
• Golden lootbag now works as per description
