Fixes
-Train stats now works correctly
-Fixed an issue where the popup id was saved incorrectly, so it will show again but disabling it now will save it correctly
-Fixed an issue where an opinion change was incorrectly shown as 0
Improvements
-Tooltip now have delay in their showings
-Talent tree UI can now be closed by escape button
-Popup can now be closed by escape button
-Saves now show time they were created
-Save/Load Manager is now scrollable
-Added better consequence favor text when you lose health after a job
-Added deleting of saves
