- Changed the radar scan UI to be dynamic which should fix the missing levels. High level scan will now return level 6+.

- Fixed an issue where the level 13 Plasma Strider did not have the correct reward.
- Fixed a display issue where all the bunker units would be counted for defense totals on the client.
- Fixed an issue on MacOS where some graphics would not render sometimes.
