Chatbox, updated tutorial and key hint

Hello all ! Here is a little update :

Added a chatbox, you can open it with the enter key. You can use the chatbox do talk with other players in lobby and in match.
Update of the tutorial to explain a bit better how to use your magics
Added an effect to the "Activate Magic" key hint to be more visible
