Patch 2 and Shoutout to Squints Plays!

Objective now updates correctly when the player dies with a heart.
Steam achievements should appear live in the game as they are achieved.
Puzzle door (brazier) hints were made a bit more clear for players.
Kraken spawn time was slightly reduced to give players a little bit more pressure.
