
One More Post-Launch Patch To Go!
We are now 50% through our backlog of Launch Bugs!! While there are a few that will take quite some time to tackle, we are pushing to have all addressable bugs and concerns finished by/before August 1st.The next patch will include character balance changes, Workshop Fixes, as well as some additional polish and general QoL changes! After that, it's onward to new content 👊

Netplay
- Potential improvements to prevent crashes when in matchmaking for certain users.
- Improvements to how the game determines which Region Server is best.
- Matchmaking will now properly traverse regions from closest to farthest.
- Fixed a bug that would prevent users from traversing all regions during matchmaking.
- Fixed a bug that would cause users to end up on the wrong regional server when attempting to enter a Private Room after being in Matchmaking.
- Attempting to join a Private Lobby should now properly cancel if a connection issue or timeout has been detected.
- Potentially fixed a bug that would allow scoreboard to carryover across sessions and game modes.
- Added a fallback system in cases where matches hang for too long and are unable to properly communicate with their opponent(s).
Gameplay
- Updated Input System to a new SDL version (May come with improved compatibility).
- Fixed a bug that would lock the players inputs, preventing them from completing Tutorials/Trials until [Down] was pressed.
- Survive BGM♪ now no longer shows up in the random track rotation (The track can still be manually select)
- "Press Start" Notification now properly displays at the Results screen when playing offline/locally.
Survival Mode
- Minor adjustments to how often weaker enemies block attacks.
- Adjustments to how often weaker enemies break free of Grabs.
- Strong Enemy Stamina has been reduced by 30~%
- Overkill Bonus threshold has been reduced to make it more satisfying and rewarding to go for.
- Overkill Bonus now triggers faster when performing a combo on airborne targets.
Achievements
- Potentially fixed an issue that would cause save files to store incorrect or corrupted data when losing connectivity with Steam.
- Fixed a bug that would allow online opponents to unlock achievements for you.
- Potential fix for players sometimes unlocking achievements when they shouldn't.
Misc.
- Private Lobby Menu has been updated to include a Server Button for easier navigation/setup.
- Minor improvements to how the game recognizes the user's System Language.
- Minor rewording of "REGION" (Region Lock) Matchmaking Parameter to be more descriptive.
- Minor menu navigation improvements.
- Minor menu visual fixes.
