Hello Players!
This new patch is a minor update with the focus on improving different gameplay features, turning legacy movement into the new unreal engine enhanced system and UI changes!
In regards to the new input system, there has been a change to the use of the Interaction Key F. Previously, placing resources on structures would use Input E (default) and collecting resources would use Input F (default). The new changes in this patch now lets you place AND collect with the use of Input E (default). To help remember this, the UI has also been changed temporarily to 2D where it showcases which key to use for different interactions as shown in the example below.
This patch also involves changes in the highlighted object system. Previously, the whole cart, resource racks and campfire would be highlighted for interaction, and while that worked well for the cart and resource racks, it did no favors for the campfire that was equipped with a Kettle. Resources in carts and on the resource racks and the Kettle are now individually highlighted when hovered and display their own interaction UI.

Changes
- Adjusted the running sound effects.
- Cagedoor no longer opens automatically when breaking the lock.
- Changed from legacy input to enhanced input.
- Changed the options for adjusting inverted mouse.
- Collecting from the fur rack now uses the Primary Interaction keybind (default = E)
- Collecting from the resource rack now uses the Primary Interaction keybind (default = E)
- Collecting from the cart now uses the Primary Interaction keybind (default = E)
- Collecting from the kettle now uses the Primary Interaction keybind (default = E)
- Interacting with a campfire while holding a beverage, now only fills the pot if its highlighted. If not, it attempts to set the beverage down on its own.
- If reload button is held, player now has to hover and click to select the new arrow type.
- Increased climbing speed.
- Interacting with a bed and falling asleep will now leave the player asleep for a random amount of hours.
- Increased daylight length by 2 hours (sun sets 8PM, not 6PM).
- Increased cage door open and close speed from 5 to 2 seconds.
- To climb ladder, players now have to press a key (default = spacebar)
- Removed a hole in a cliffside that would leave players stuck.
- Removed Sleeping UI.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug where some environment shaders would have stretching when close to the landscape.
- Fixed a bug where the arrow UI would disappear instantly.
- Fixed a bug where motion blur settings would not save.
- Fixed a bug where the player would suddenly stop climbing and fall off the ladder.
- Fixed jittery movement while climbing.
- Fixed a bug where log wall 2 and 4 had the wrong structure.
- Fixed a bug where changing FOV did nothing.
- Fixed a bug where turning on motion blur had no effect.
- Fixed a bug where the campfire did not display any firewood if it was burning when the save was created.
- Fixed a bug where idle camera shake was unaffected by the camera shake settings.
- Fixed a bug where campfire and torch light would disappear when not looked directly at.
- Fixed a bug where the warning message, when trying to add more fur to the fur rack while its occupied, was not translated.
- Fixed a bug where the building tip widget was stuck on the screen while building mode was disabled.
- Fixed a bug where the metal cages would cause the game severe FPS drop when loading a save.
- Fixed a bug where players could not destroy the cart.
- Fixed a bug where medium rocks could not be stores in the cart.
- Fixed a bug where harvesting sounds were unaffected by volume settings.
- Fixed a bug where there was no sound when picking up resources from the cart.
- Fixed a bug where resources would not visibly stack in hands when collecting from cart, sawhorses or resource racks.
- Fixed a bug where when collecting from the sawhorses, it would collect the bottom resource first.
- Fixed a bug where respawning by selecting "Last Save" On death did not load the previous save and left the player permanently dead.
