Changes:
- allow use of "Esc" with the same function as the home button in the main menu
- force builder to start construction on newly placed building unless "Ctrl" is pressed (which queues it)

Fixes
- readability of text in selection info
- unwanted increment of team number when starting a new game after having ended one
- zoom lock and stuttering when zoomed in too much
- exception when sending multiple units to defend a building
- "Sagittarii" fires into the ground in front of itself instead at the target
- error when using "attack move" or "groundfire" with unit that cannot attack
