General & local performance improvements

  • resized world partition cells for smoother streaming

  • Complete rewrite of item saving , inventory saving and game events saving systems. (Some minor events are still not saved)
  • Fixed game breaking bug with tactical visor on/off that locked any player action if
    pressed quickly in conjunction with melee weapopn attack or parry
  • Fixed delay of loot spawn upon AI death
  • Fixed delayed death sound in AI when dying
  • Fixed collision bug that prevented entrance in several buildings
