SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Added 'Remove Hotkey' to hotkey rebind window
- Added 'Visual Cues' setting that can turn off the extra textures for item rarity in the inventory
- Fixed some interactions between locking cards and free Artifact events
