Adding two wallpapers to collection customize

Known Issues:
*There is an issue that causes the key binding to be incorrectly reset upon quitting the game. We are aware of this issue and will promptly get it fixed in a coming patch.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed Rally mode related progress loss after selecting Continue with controller or keyboard
Fixed Rally mode related achievements unlocking issues (completed rallies should unlock the achievements automatically in main menu now)
Improved menus navigation (spinning menu fix)
Remapping controls should not affect the menus now
Adjusted trees hit boxes in all stages
Improved car collisions with the environment
The "Collector" achievement requires all 17 cars to unlock (was 16 before)
Steering Sensitivity is now saved properly
Adjusted car collision checks (should not take damage from very low bumps, water etc.)
