
Hello everyone!
Quick update to kick off the week. I spent the weekend playing a Mage build on my Steam deck, and found some issues related to magic, so this update should fix them!
Here's what's changed:
Gameplay Improvements:
- Increased posture damage recovery rate - you will now be able to withstand more blows and your posture will decrease faster, allowing you to stay on your feet!
- Putting points in Dexterity will now increase jump height and movement speed at higher levels
- Posture scaled with strength. It now scales with Vitality too
- Removed Morning Star requirements to allow mage-build players to complete Roberto's quest
Combat Enhancements:
- Fixed issue where magic wasn't damaging certain enemies (dragons, bears, skull crabs, wolves, etc.)
- Lightning Strike spell damage now scales with Positive Reputation
- Dark spells now scale with Negative Reputation
- Buffed Wildfire Bomb: increased damage and duration
- Made Molok Blade a hex weapon
- Made Drake Sword a hex weapon
- Made Mace of Gilded Grip a faith weapon
- Made Golden Age Saber a faith weapon
- Made Twinblades a faith weapon
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved Flower Lady Lockon issue
- Fixed Sandworm Null Pointer errors related to a missing combat audio source
UI/UX:
- Added option to hide HUD (nice for screenshots!)
There's also been a significant price drop to the game. I believe it will be more inviting for new players as I'm preparing the next big expansion to the game.
