Fixed and buffed Jolts ability (now also applies a small permanent speed reduction to enemies in the room)
Fixed chase enemy ai
Added an FPS counter to the top right
Fixed low graphics mode brightness
Changed the dash to now become more of a parry when below 30 fps to prevent glitching through walls
slightly increased the dash cooldown
