Hello again fellow grave diggers!

I've exhumed the game from the dead to give it some updates. Dig in.

• Updated to use latest version of the engine
  
• Increased maximum resolution
  
• Made UI scale with resolution
  
• Added brightness setting
  
• New shadows system
  
• Updated rain and lightning effects
  
• Removed lower quality settings options and changed default
  
• Changed shots of the level completed cameras
  
• Added some camera effects, grain etc.
  
• Increased max framerate from 30fps to 60fps
  
• Made key gates always open away from you
  
• Add option to disable some of the cutscenes
  
• Voices and most cutscenes now disabled by default
  
• Various other fixes, tweaks and improvements
