fixed scroll bar hovering randomly on most displays
fixed wasd navigation mid-wave being scaled on game speed
added collections tab to pause menu
fixed not being able to select elites in collections tab (page 2 of fish)
add effect if you place a tower on a plot that makes it stronger
added a log to try to debug ultimate victor achievement
added an alternate, more legible, font that can be selected in settings
fixed a couple of crashes
